Little Stars & Ditalini Baby Pasta:
Organic durum wheat semolina, water, organic dehydrated tomato 0.8%, organic dehydrated spinach 0.4%, vitamin B1.
Tomato & Ricotta Gluten Free Baby Food:
Organic tomato puree, organic diced carrot, organic diced onion, organic gluten free pasta (organic rice flour, organic corn flour), organic ricotta cheese (milk), organic basil, cooking water, organic hard cheese (milk), salt, clotting enzyme), organic extra virgin olive oil.
Pumpkin & Cheese Gluten Free Pasta Baby Food:
Organic pumpkin puree, organic vegetable stock (water, organic pumpkin, organic carrot, organic onion), organic carrot puree, organic cheese (milk), organic gluten free pasta (organic rice flour; organic corn flour), organic diced onion, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic sage.
Beef Bolognese Gluten Free Pasta Baby Food:
Organic tomato puree, organic diced carrot, organic diced onion, organic beef, organic gluten free pasta (organic rice flour, organic corn flour), organic extra virgin olive oil, cooking water, organic mixed herbs.
Q: How long does shipping take in the UK ?
A: You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri).
Q: How much are your shipping costs to a UK address ?
A: Choose "Try Box" shipping option from drop down menu. UK shipping rate is £5.99 for orders up to £49.99. Free of charge for over £50.00
Q: I still haven’t received my order, when can I expect it ?
A: If you’re having issues with your order or haven’t received your order after your delivery due date, please email email@example.com with your order number so that we can investigate.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1) Order Cancellation
You may change your mind and cancel your order within FOURTEEN (14) days after the day you receive your goods. If you choose to cancel your order, we will refund the full purchase price less delivery costs.
If you choose to cancel your order you will be expected to return the goods in your order to us in perfect condition. Ocram Ltd (Little Pasta Organics) will NOT refund the return delivery charges (cost for returning goods to us) and if you fail to return goods to us, we may charge you for the costs incurred in collecting them from you. We will refund you via the original payment method, usually within 14 days of return of the goods to us in satisfactory condition. Please note that if you open the goods and / or break the seal of the goods, you cannot return them.
2) Damaged or Faulty Products and Incorrect Orders
You may exchange your goods or obtain a full refund if the goods in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if the goods you have received are not the goods you originally ordered. When returning damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will refund the full purchase price and any return delivery fees upon the production of a receipt. Alternatively, we will arrange to collect your goods from you at our cost. When exchanging damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will dispatch replacement items to you free of charge and refund return delivery fees upon production of a receipt. Alternatively, we will arrange to collect your goods from you at our cost. We will refund you via the original payment method, usually within 14 days of return.
3) How To Return Your Goods
You may return goods by contacting Ocram Ltd (Little Pasta Organics) by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (+44 333 014 4002). The following information will be required when returning your goods:
- Confirmation Email containing your Transaction Reference Number List
- Description of goods to be returned
- Reason given for returning goods
If returning goods by post please also include receipts showing any return charges if you are claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered goods. If you are returning the goods by post, please note it may take up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us.
Returned items will be processed within five (5) working days of receipt. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit. You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance and please take a picture of the products prior to sending in the box as evidence.
